Dan's Stag. Beer Emporium. Bristol. Keg. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth sweetish dark malts, mellow dark chocolate. Good tangy dark fruits. A fair dollop of coconut brings the bounty vibe. Light semi dry and spicy finish. Good beer, not very CDA like.

Keg at RNV. It pours cloudy near black with medium beige head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, sweet, sticky, oily, bounty bar, toasty, aniseed, chocolate and oily sweetness. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, charred wood, leathery, tar, burnt toffee, peppery spice, tannin and leather with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. A bit burnt and charred. So-so.
