Bottle from Sugaya, shared at Takatsuki Jazz Street. Served in a mini-tulip glass. It pours somewhat pinkish but is a ruddy orange in the glass witbier a minimal beige head. The aroma is berries all the way. The taste is the same blackberries & raspberries though not so much blueberry flavor. Medium bodied with a slightly rough mouthfeel. A pretty good berry beer but a touch too syrupy sweet.

Hazy pink and light violet coloured body with a ruby glow and a nice one centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of cherries, raspberries, strong blackberries, icing sugar and a bit of lemons. Medium-bodied; Strong malt flavour at first with a large raspberry and blueberry flavour and a bit of citrus character and a hint of mint and herbs. Aftertaste shows a lot of malty notes, some subdued unrefined sugars and a lot of fruit flavours with a plentiful amount of sweetness. Overall, a nice beer with a lot of fruit flavours and a good malt backbone throughout. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Made in Oregon in Portland, Oregon (PDX Terminal D) on 28-September-2013 for US$6.50 sampled at my brother-in-laws house in Milton, Connecticut on 27-November-2013.

Cask at Great British Beer Festival 2013. Poured a cloudy pink with no head. Fruity aroma (go figure), berries and a light tart note. Raspberry and blackberry flavours quite apparent with some yeast. Mild sourness in the palate with some tarter fruits and cooked berry sharpness. Very quaffable, considering the strength.

On tap at Gbbf 2013. Hazy reddish pink lasting white head. Love the fruit aroma. Like a Belgian fruit beer but without the sweetness. Better on nose than rest but fine
