On tap at The Cock Tavern, Hackney, Sunday 20th April 2014 Hazy brown/amber with filmy white head. Bitter, citrussy and pithy, very pithy. Dry and bitter, lemony throughout drinking far easier than the 7% would suggest. Liking it a lot. A7 4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Keg at the Cock, 18/03/14. Hazed amber golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is bitter grapefruit, bitter hop aroma, citric pithdom, apricot, light mineral notes. Taste comprises sweet licks, sticky mango, juicy hops, pine bite, big chalky minerals, grapefruit rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, hop bitterness in the close. Solid IPA if a little sweet at times, approaching the level of sweetness a DIPA can rise to.

Cock Tavern. Hazy orange - amber beer, tidy pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Light creamy malt supports some pretty bitter hops. Orange, orange pith, hop spice. A little yellow grapefruit and a good deal of hop bitterness. Smooth finish with a strong bitter linger. Bitter bastard!

Keg @ Cock Tavern. Fresh, spiky, hoppy with a little tangerine and plenty of citrus smacking you round the chops.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - London. Pours lightly hazy gold with a thick, creamy white head. The nose has jammy citrus, dry minerals, pale bread. Medium sweet flavor with old marmalade, pronounced minerally flint, hints of orange and mango, sticky pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sticky and lightly warming to finish with lots more drying minerality, marmalade, resinous pine, mild alcohol. OK.
