50 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg. Aroma has toffee candy and sticky malty tones. Also hints of caramel and grapefruit. Flavour has cardboard, starchy notes and some toffee. Leathery palate. Not that good. A Belgian ale? Perhaps, but with some features of a dunkel.

500 ml bottle, probably from Fakta, Denmark. BB date 15.01.2015. ABV is 6.0%. Hop is Saaz. Trappist yeast. Hazy orange to amber colour, moderate off-white head. Sweetish strong aroma of over-ripe fruits and berries, kandij sugar syrup and yeast, mild spices, also some less pleasant notes of solvent. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour is medium sweet and somewhat better than the aroma, notes of kandij sugar and malts, hints of mild spices, moderate hops in the finish. I’ve had better, I’ve had worse.

Bottle, 6.0%. Dusty aroma, slightly yeasty, but not like a real Belgian. Cloudy amber colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is caramelly at first, but quickly turns yeasty in the macro, rather clean, Belgian style. Tastes more like a mild Belgian blonde, but is a bit darker in colour, though. Very good mouthfeel.

Bottle @ D-Day in Mojnlandet :-) Pours hazy orange amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit and malt, with notes of hops and yeast. Sweetish flavour of malt and fruit, with notes of yeast and hops. Sourish and sweetish aftertaste with estery touches. Not bad.
