Pours a hazy amber colour with an average sized frothy off white head that settled. Aroma is fruity and malt, oranges, caramel and fruity hops. Moderately sweet taste, orange marmalade and sweet malt flavours with a citrusy bitter finish.

Keg @ Draft House Chancery, London. Clear golden-amber with a small bubbly head. It has a dryish pale ale texture with a fuller bodied IPA strength. There's heavy caramels in both aroma and taste.

Cask at Magpie & Crown, Brentford. Orange-gold amber colour, white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of tropical fruits & citrus. Taste is malt caramel, alittle biscuit, tangy citrus, pine, and grapefruit bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

At the George Inn. Belleville Thames Surfer is a nice orange amber with a mild citrusy hoppiness. An English take on an APA I guess.

Bottle picked up at the brewery. It pours lightly hazy golden-amber with a medium white head. The nose is sweet, juicy, orange marmalade, brioche, creamy, apricot and pine. The taste is bitter orange, piney, lemon, grapefruit peel, salty edge, earth, light alcohol and varnish with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not as clean as I would have hoped for. Drinkable though.
