Sampled draft @ ’t Taphuys. Clear golden, creamy white head. Nose is soap, sweet, malty bread, sugar, far too sweet, faint mellow hop. Taste is bland soap, candy, soap, sugar, far too sweet, sugar, washing powder,... Body is more candy, soap, washing powder,.... Quite disappointing, not a fan.

Keg at the Beer House, Paddington station, 02/06/16. Clear golden with a decent off White head, carbonation well evident. Nose is light floral hop, toasted grain, bread, light orange, straw. Taste comprises tangerine, light bread, toasted malt, bubblegum. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Mediocre ... Over carbed and lacking hop definition.

Keg at the Mitre - Bayswater, London. Pours clear gold with a sturdy, creamy cap. Somewhat restrained in the nose, with notes of pale biscuits, grapefruit, general pithy citrus. Light-medium sweet flavour, dry and lightly crisp, with nice pithy character, more grapefruit, light pine needles, tangerine and lemon rind, pale malts. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and well balanced on the finish, with more pleasant biscuity pale malt base, pithy citrus fruits, light bitter pine and grass. Solid overall. Very drinkable.

Keg at The Mitre, Lancaster Gate. It pours clear gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, grassy, bread, soft tangerine and orange creamsickle. The taste is crisp, clean, bitter, orange peel, tangerine, grapefruit, grass, straw and a touch of pepper. Finish is firm and dry. Well balanced and rather drinkable. One of the best Meantime beers I’ve had in some time.
