Traditional Eisbock gerijpt op Jamaicaanse rum, 13% Deze Eisbock heeft 150 dagen gerijpt op Jamaicaanse rum. Zacht bier met tonen van rozijnen, vanille en drop. Zowel in aroma als in smaak doet dit denken aan boerenjongens, in alcohol geconserveerde rozijnen. In de afdronk lekker zoet door de rijping op Jamaicaanse rum. Naam We brouwen bier zo koud als het hart van je ex-vriendin. Stop met janken en kruip uit dat donkere hoekje waar je weg zit te kwijnen. Laat ons jouw hart verwarmen… Je komt er wel overheen! Eisbock-methode Door Jopen 4-granen Bokbier (6,5%) te behandelen met de traditionele eisbock-methode, is dit bokbier omgetoverd tot een vol en zacht bier. Dit heeft geresulteerd in een zachte en soepele Eisbock van 12%.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is raisins, caramel, rum, dried fruits, toffee, oak, liqueur, cane sugar, alcohol. Flavour is sweet with a mild bitterness, more booze in the finish. Body is medium to full. Drinks very much like a liqueur, fairly heavy and boozy.

Bottle along with the rum BA with my brother and girlfriend during wrath of man. Pours a dark brown colour, almost no head. Aroma is sweet, wood, dark malts, raisins. Full body. Flavour is malty, quite harsh, caramel, wood and rum, raisins, sweet and fruity. Interesting stuff, very drinkable.

Bottle. Bottled 15 feb 2018 and purchased only days ago from (the cellars of) Mitra Witte Schuurtje in Hoevelaken. Color: Very dark ruby, thin beige head. Aroma: Sweetish Rum, sugary, raisins, some caramel. Taste: Boozy, raisins, caramel, chocolate-caramel fudge, Rum, cane sugar, herbal. Sweetish. Medium sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Full body, below average carbonation. Heavy stuff, slow sipper.

Bottle, 330 ml, shared with kajser27, Max and Miro B. 2022 edition. Dark brown with off white head. Caramel, malty, some dried fruit, heavy alcohol, not easy to drink.Medium to full bodied.

4/6/2022. Bottle at the Teterow GP beer share. From De Bierliefhebber online store. Pours almost black with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is deep, woody, rum cake, dried fruit, roasted malt, chocolate, molasses. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Full bodied, sticky, average carbonation. Very nice.

Bottle. Dark Brown color. Malt, Caramel, toffee, oak, rum And soft herbal notes in the aroma. Very sweet flavor with toffee, velvety, vanilla, oak And rum. Full bodied. Slightly herbal, boozy finish. Nice.

Bottle from hetbiermoment.nl. Pours dark brown-black without head. Aroma is massive rum, malt, hint of booze. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, caramel, roast, rum, raisins, vanilla. Body is on the thin side, carbonation is low. Alcohol is reasonably covered. Finish has some oaky bitterness. Overall: great.
