On tap at the brewery. Cloudy golden, white head. Fruity with moderate sourness. Bit salty. Low carbo. Light to medium bodied.

On draft at the brewery tasting room. Pours a hazy gold with a scant off white head. Aromas of peach. Flavors are tart green apple and some salt. Original review text: From a bottle at the DC tasting July 10, 2016. Pours a hazy copper with an off white head. Light funky nose. Flavors of caramel and lemon. Crisp finish.

On tap at GABF, pours a clear yellow with small white head. The aroma is salt and lemon zest. Thin body, sea salt, citrus, nice tartness, very good.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange, small white head, fizzy, dispatching quickly, minimal lacing. Aroma is apples and sea air. Flavor is light plus sweet, minimally bitter, light salt. Apples. Light plus body. Odd one.

Bottle - Soft soured grains and a touch of herbal notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Apple, pear, woody funk and some odd notes. There is a prevailing funky note that is not consistent with the style.

750ml Bottle Hazy dull dusty orange light amber. Thin brief head. But fizzy and quickly dissipating. Mild tary lemony flavors, light wheaty malts. Muted sour notes and very easy on the salt and spice. An easy sour, and pleasant.

Bottle from the Co-Op, picked up to share with my brother-in-law, but also serves as my 400th Idaho beer rating. Pours a golden color with a short-lived head of white bubbles. Smells briny with lacto, a little bit of citrus. Sweet and savory flavors, citrus and lemon zest. Nice tart acidity. Crushable.

750 ml bottle. Aroma is coriander, floral, lacto. Pours hazy orange-golden with an immediately disappearing white head; falls into a collar of big-bubbly foam with no lace; five minutes after the initial pour, all traces of foam disappear. Taste is sour (7/10) and salty (more than most recent examples I’ve had) with flavors of wheat, lemon, coriander. Somewhat thin and watery. I’m really digging the salt, I just wish the body was fuller and it looked nicer.

750ml bottle pours a hazy, dark gold with some clumpy, white head. Nose has passion fruit, lemon rind, light yogurt, white berry. Flavor is tart with berries and yogurt. Tart finish.

Hazy orange gold colour, lively head of foam that doesn’t stick around long.
Coriander and fruity tartness in the smell. I almost pull out a grape like aroma.
Fruity tartness and Coriander dominate the taste, salt is very underwhelming. Light bodied with light carbonation.
This is a nice effort of the style.
