Bottle @ company summer party. Nice, dark brown body under a lacing tan head. Aroma has dark malt, roasted caramel, dry fruit and red berries. Taste is medium sweer, smooth malt, some caramel, ripe plum, ash and red, acidic berries. Fine body and medium lasting aftertaste. Nice but feels a bit ripe, probably just above the top this.

Fra fat på Mi2, Cardinal sep-17: klar dyprød mahogny med ok skum. Saftig og lekker aroma og smak med krøkkebær, solbær og mørk karamell. Mild bitterhet, en lettdrikkelig og elegant øl for alle årstider.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 04.09.17. Almost ebony. Off-white head with large bubbles. Aroma and taste of medium dark malt, dark caramel, dark syrup and dark berries.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours dark brown to black with beige head. Aroma of dark bread, vanilla, some chocolate, licorice. Tastes a bit sweet with balancing bitterness. Medium bodied.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Nearly black colour, large and creamy beige head. Aroma of roast malts, liquorice, chocolate and black crowberries. Smooth mouthfeel. Delicious smooth flavour, slightly sweet, with the same elements as in the aroma.

Taste is slightly sour-ish mineraly, weeds, grass, bark, minerals, heather, plastic, dark malts, paper, old leafs, hay, cardboard. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!

Black with off white head - Malt aroma with hints of roast and berries - Good malt body with some roasted notes and there is a berry flavour in the back that is rreal good - The malt and berry flavour goes into the finish - This was good
