An already full-flavoured IPA is made even bigger by using fresh ‘green’ hops infused into the slowly conditioned beer. Designed for those who like their hops as an extreme sport!

Cask handpull at CP&K Pimlico. Sweetish hops. Very good hops on finish. Sweeter than the Simoce IPA. Hoppier, bitter on the finish. Good US IPA, little bit syrupy i the middle maybe.

Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London last November. A golden coloured pour with a medium fluffy white head. Hoppy, citrus aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus fruit, grapefruit, mouth puckering bitterness, very sharp. This one wasn’t really for me, I found it hard work but can see that others would enjoy it, each to their own.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 27 Nov 2010) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of grapefruit, pine needles and peaches. Fruity, hoppy taste with grapefruit, pine needles, honey and loads of fresh hops in a fairly bitter finish. More than medium body, quite sweet (almost a touch too sweet for my taste). Very nice and hoppy IPA.

Full pint, cask, hand pulled at Cloisters Bar where I was drinking and trading with Craig. Nice, lasting, nitro, white head leaving spotty lacing on the glassware. Almost clear amber body. Fruit hoppy aroma with citric shells. Rich hopped fruity flavour with hints of lemon and grapes offset by sweet malts. Lingering dry bitter finish. Rather heavy to drink, but very much appreciated (Edinburgh, 29.11.2010).

Cask at CPK, London on 5th November 2010. Gold-Amber with part-lacing white head. Rich grapefruit, both in aroma and in-mouth. Grassiness abounds. Dry herbiness and grapefruit citrus in finish, on a light-to-smooth mouthfeel. Excellent.

Cask handpump at The Cask & Kitchen, Pimlico, London Sat’ 13th November 2010 Pourswarm gold with a great clarity and nice white fresh head of bubbles. Nice honey sweetness trailing through this beer but there is a good bitterness at the end. Some vanilla on the nose, a really likeable beer but sweetness possibly a tad too dominant for me, however I would have very happily had another one or three. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Cask at CPK. Pours a clear gold with a slight, white head. Super citrusy hop nose, with grapefruit and some caramel malt. Flavor is very sweet, with strong caramel and honey notes, then orange juice, then hoppy as hell with loads more citrus, along with some mild resin and pine. Medium in body with fine carbonation. Finishes rather sweet, but some citrus bitterness then comes in, and you are left with lingering earthy hops. Very juicy, very drinkable. Really outstanding.
