Blue Monkey Infinity 4.60% pours a shinning clear gold with a floral hop aroma. Smooth bodied with a floral hoppy biscuit malt character. It has a nice flavor & is highly drinkable.

Cask at gbbf day 5. Cleat light orange golden coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is nice fruity citrus, tangy peach. Flavour is composed of harsh grains, peach and mango hop with grassy bitterness. Rough around the edges. Palate is semi sweet, lowish carbonation. OK APA.

Another English interpretation of APA, with loose but stable, snow white head and light hazy ’old gold’ colour. Aroma of flowers, white bread, hints of biscuit and dried peach, floral, honey, light orange sweetness piercing through. Fruity taste, clean, bit appleish, hint of pineapple, soft carbo, smooth mouthfeel, bready malt sweetness, pretty long hoppy finish with both lovely retronasal ’floweriness’ and a deeper, earthy bittering power. Well balanced.

500ml bottle @ the Doghouse, Nottingham before watching one of the best LA punk rock bands of all time Down by Law. Venue was terrible, but a nice surprise to see Blue Monkey in the fridge. This was a pleasant, citrus heavy beer with a nice hit of lemon and lime. Fruity & lovely.

Cask gravity at CPBF 2014. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The nose is dank, earthy, must, barnyard, citrus peel and sweaty. The taste is bitter, piney, resin, oily, hop astringency, varnish and citrus fruits with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent hoppage, but smells musty.

[10/6/13] Cask at CASK Pub & Kitchen in London. Clear golden. Aroma is a bit on the weak side but has some hops, citric and tropical, with overripe fruits and a yeasty note. Flavor has a bit of sweetish malt, light graininess, yeasty notes, fruity hops and a finish with mild bitterness. Light to medium-bodied. Decent but nothing spectacular.
