Flaske 0,33l fra House of Trembling Madness, York. Kjøpt av Rune og delt under seanse hos ham 27 Nov 13. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Høyt kritthvitt skum med mye lacing. God fruktaroma. Smaken appelsin & fersken. Blir litt tørr etterhvert.

330ml bottle, 7.4 % abv, picked up at the Trembling Madness Drinks Shop when we visited York last January. Soapy, white head with fine retention and lacing rings to the glass. The body is rather muddy, amber coloured. Bittersweet aromas of mid-sweet malts and leafy hops. Joint flavours of peach, orange and caramel malts. Semi-dry, bittersweet tail. Soft in the mouth. Decent IPA, medium bodied (shared with Finn 27.11.2013).

330ml bottle from BeerRitz, Leeds. Hazy orange amber colour, very frothy & foamy white head and aroma of tropical fruits, citrus hop and a yeasty note. Taste is caramel with a burnt biscuity edge & fruity grapefruit citrus hop, along with a mellow dry bitterness which lingers. Medium bodied and well carbonated. Quite OK.

Keg at CP&K. It pours hazy golden with a medium yellow-white head. The nose is tangerine, mango, tangy marmalade, sweet fruit, sharp lemon, grass and pine. The taste is mango, tangerine, passion fruit, pine, resinous, sherbet, light spice, grass and straw with a bitter, lightly citric finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Flavoursome and very well balanced. Works well on keg, very tasty indeed.

Bottle at home in London with Lyoli. Pours mostly clear, bright gold with a large, frothy white head. Rich ripe citrus nose, pectin, grapefruit, orange, some pine and grass. Medium sweet flavor, a bit of dank pine, smoked beechwood, orange, tangerine. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous finish, slight hints of warmth, white wood, pine, grass, grapefruit, orange. Not overly bitter at any point, which is great. Good balance overall, with a good dank hop edge. Lovely.

Cask at the Ravensbourne Arms, Lewisham. Amber pour with a white head. Citrus and mango notes in the aroma, very nice nose indeed. Sweet fruit flavour, lots of tropical fruit, sweet spice and citrus in there. Soothing alcohol burn. Long fruity finish. Nice.

(cask@Ravensbourne Arms) Hazy amber/orange with a good medium white head. Aroma/taste is citrus tropical notes, mineral malt and pine, and does mask the alcohol level well even though you do get a strong boozy bitter finish. Very satisfying. Really liked this.

Meet the Brewer at CP&K. Cask. Hazy gold - amber beer, little white head. Light palate, a little dry with low carbonation. Nice hops - lemon and pine with some green hop sting. Mild peach and tangerine. Quinnine is a surprise! Semi dry finish. Okay - could be a little richer.
