Pint in the Goodmas Fields Spoons. Light haze on this amber beer, good white head. Dry palate. A little smooth malt supports mild but astringent hop. Trace of hop fruit but it’s mostly bitter and dry. Not for me!

Cask@The Pineapple, London. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, fruits, wood and mild notes of syrup and some herbs as well. Flavour is rather similar with mild spicyness. Balanced and nice. Wellbalanced.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of orange, apricots and floral hops. Malty, fruity taste with dried apricots, orange peel, a touch of honey and a fresh citrussy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Quite nice.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Nut brown. Fruity and roasty, a bit ashy. Mid-dry with medium body. Caramelly malt with a whiff of vegetables before resiny hops sets in to form the marked lingering bitterness.

Cask at In de Wildeman. Hazy amber colour, bubbly white head. Aroma of lots of hops, some malts. Flavour is soft, malty, hoppy, a bit flowery, some cardboard and grain in the rather bitter finish. Medium bodied, soft and smooth mouthfeel. Enjoyable stuff.
