Keg at Euston Tap. Very pale and slightly hazy blond with almost no head. Aroma is saison, yeasty, but of pepper and spice. Taste is sweet tripel-like. Bit of cinnamon, bit of bubblegum. Touch of lemon and a bit of tropical fruit juice. Quite full bodied. Quite nice.

On tap at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Brighton,Saturday 5th May 2012 Only got to try a a small glass of this as it was just running out when I went to order one, still it was jolly decent in a very Belgian way. Large frothy white head (though this may have been because it was running out) hazy golden colour, with some yeastiness on the nose along with a light floral touch and dab of spice. Taste was more of the same, tasted quite strong, I hadn’t checked the strength or style. Enjoyable just wish there had of been a little more. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

On tap at Cask Pub& Kitchen Brighton. Hazy pale gold with thin white head. Banana estery aroma. Good level of stinging hop. Its a Thornbridge take on a Belgian blond no doubt. Its more or less exactly what I would have predicted of this. Peachy. Hugely good though.

Keg at the Rake, London. Pours faintly cloudy yellow, pale, with a fine white head. Floral, grassy aroma, some dough. Medium sweet flavor, some dough, light booze, light grassy hops, hints of yeast. Full bodied with kind of sharp, tingly carbonation. Sweet, slightly dry, some grass and dough. Not bad, not too exciting.

Keg at the Rake. It pours golden yellow, with a fizzy white head. The nose is farmyard, sulphur, egg and some pear and melon. The taste is hay, straw, Belgian yeast, spice, bread, pear, red apple, melon and alcohol, with a dry, warming finish. Medium body and high carbonation. Not really my sort of thing and the smell is pretty off-putting.
