Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. We take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties – Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh – to produce a clean, unfiltered, Hop Bitter Lager Beer.

330ml bottle; BB 7th Aug 2019. Poured into an old Paderborner Pilsener vase shaped glass at home on 17th Dec 2018. Hazy golden body, snow white crown. Aroma held a variety of esters, yeasty, grainy and earthy hops. Taste similar with a slight herbal twist and a mild bitterness in the finish.

Draft sample @ Tilquin English Beerfest 2018.
