473 ml can, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 5.1%. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Distinct aroma of flowers and honey, hints of ripe yellow plums. Smooth flavour of pale malts and the same elements as the aroma, with a discrete hop bitterness in the finish.

Mi2 på Cardinal 9.12. ble en veritabel julekalender, ikke minst takket være Luis' presentasjon av canadiske øl, alle på 0,473 bokser: klar lys gylden med ok skum. Mye malt her, litt citrus og urter. Slank, med mMild bitterhet og tørr avslutning.

Shared can at Cardinal. Pours clear golden with white head. Aroma of grains and flowers. Tastes pretty sweet with little bitterness. Thin bodied. Smooth mouthfeel.

L’olfactif nous présente du maïs légèrement sucré et assez prononcé. Des houblons floraux sont également au programme. Dorée et limpide avec une mousse de faible épaisseur qui ne présente aucunement les caractéristiques d’un conditionnement à l’azote. En bouche, le maïs fait amplement le travail avec un sucré évident. Notes de flocons d’avoine, de miel, de bonbons jujubes, de caramel et de toffee caractéristique d’un taux de DMS élevé. L’amertume est assez faible et la finale laisse trainer des sucres maltés. Le corps possède une amplitude assez élevée et la texture est très veloutée rendant justice à son appellation de Cream Ale. Terriblement sucrée cette bière avec emphase mise sur le maïs, les esters et le DMS. O:6.6 V:2.9 G:6.05 C:2.4 G:11.1 T:29.05

Lightly hazed, bright golden colour with a creamy white cap, lasting a while and leaving full creamy lacing. Cereal grain malt nose with the corn flakes. The corn is a little more apparent in the taste, but still with decent cereal notes. A silky smooth mouthfeel with enough dryness to not linger on the tongue and be syrupy. Quite a nice, smooth Cream Ale with the nitro rounding things.
