On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. This is a cloudy woody-brown looking beer with a small just off-white sidesticking head. It's so really heavy on the vinegar aroma this. Woody and tart red berries, super intense and concentrated! Oh my! Sour alert! Tart! Sweet! My lord this is one intense brew! Peachy sweetness and those cherries! Oh, sour cherries cherries! Laaaasting lastiing burning vinegar feeling in the throat! HELP! 11.05.2012

On tap at CBC2012. Beer in the glass brownish, small creamy head. Dry sourish aroma. Starts very sour, fruity like cherries. Finish less sour, mild fruity aftertaste. Some salty hints. Okay.

15/IX/2012 on tap @ Struise Schooltje (Oostvleteren) - BB: n/a (2012-1031) Thanks to ajax25g for sharing the beers!
Clear dark brown beer, aery beige to brown head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sour, bit vinous, earthy, tobacco, lactobacillus, Rodenbach foederbier a-like, some (balsamic) vinegar. MF: good carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sour start, lemony, sour cherries, red sour berries, some vinegar. Aftertaste: very sour, lemon acidity, little bitter, some chloride, red berries, tobacco. I like this one a lot, even if it will increase my reflux tonight. Don't care! :p

Draft @ Struise School.

At Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Red golden with a small white head. Aroma of acetone, vinegar and laquer. Extremely acidic vinegar and acetone flavour with just a hint of sour cherries. Not suitable for human consumption

Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours hazy orange-amber, with a thin white head. The nose is white vinegar, tart, acidic burn, lighter fluid and Big Mac sauce. The taste is very tart, cherry, red grape, white vinegar, lemon and Big Mac sauce, with a long sour finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and high acidity. Not complex, but tasty stuff.
