1/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma is tangy apple, funky, caramel, tannic, touch woody, apple pie. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, oily sticky mouthfeel, sparkling carbonation. Sweet and tangy finish. Liked this.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, solventy funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, juicy, with orchardy, leathery funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Purecraft, 5/31/16. Thought this was a nice mid-dry cider.  Pretty much just got the clean apple flavors. Balanced. Crisp and mid-dry. Well made.

Cask @ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival Jan 14. After a few iffy ciders from strange-named producers my girlfriend made an executive decision to go for a reliable cider, and this set us back on track. Fruity and dry with a great great apple character and ripened juiciness.

Cask at Merton Beer Festival, Oxfordshire, July 7th and 8th 2006. Good appley aroma and a bit earthy as well, pours a paler golden colour than the Breakwell Seedling that was also tried but again tasted extremely good. Lovely and juicy with bags of appley flavour not quite the depth of flavour offered by the Breakwell Seedling but very, very good.
