Pours hazy light gold into a tulip. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving spider sheets to pool surface. Pineapple and tangerine aromas. Medium bodied with mild mango pith upfront turning to soapy lemon, grapefruit and bitter apple in the medium length finish. I waited too long on this one...

(500ml bottle from the brewery, bottled Aug 15 2023) Pours lightly hazed pale orange-gold with a thick white head of fine bubbles and good lace. Aroma is very citrus-forward, lots of grapefruit and navel orange peels, grapefruit pulp, some mango and peach sweetness, moderate cannabis, some pine resin, brioche malt. Flavour is lightly to moderately sweet with a core of brioche and honey, navel orange, grapefruit, intense citrus peel/oils, dank pine/cannabis, orange fruit, semi-dry finish with moderate plus bitterness, big grip of orange and grapefruit peels, pine, sticky resin really, light astringency, long bitter aftertaste. Medium-bodied, soft almost bottle-conditioned carbonation, oily. Very fun to finally try this classic NEIPA about 7 years after I remember becoming aware of it. Feels like it has much more in common with the early Alchemist/HF NE style than what it has come to mean: lightly malty, roundly fruity, but with big grippy resins and prominent bitterness. Fun even if it's not my usual IPA now.

Bouteille de 750 ml partagée le 24 janvier gracieuseté de Gilles P. Arôme puissant d'agrumes dominés par le pamplemousse et le citron. Couleur dorée, très voilée, presque de la boue, petite mousse qui se maintient assez bien. Gazon très actif en entrée de bouche. Pamplemousse et citron suivent avec une amertume résineuse toute douce et une légère astringence en fin de bouche. Profil malté léger. Très agrume. Corps bien établi. Texture légèrement huileuse et effervescence vive. La rareté des produits de cette brasserie fausse-t-elle les critères d'évaluation de mes confrères de par l'engouement qu'elle provoque? Pour ma part, je trouve cette IPA excellente, mais pas parmi les meilleures que j'aie goûté à date.

500ml bottle (thx, Jonathan D.!). Bottled on 2017-08-16, bb 2017-10-16 (done, lol!). Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is slightly dank, tropical fruits, peachy. Similar taste. Very easy to drink, quite juicy. A quite strong piney aftertaste. Good one.

A murky blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of resinous citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, tangerine, nice and complex mix. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with plenty of citrus, tangerine, pink grapefruit, resinous citrusy floral hops, very nice. Bottle from GRM at his place.
