A pale golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with banana esters, cloves, light orange pulp, nice. In mouth, a smooth fruity caramel malt with banana notes, oily mouth feel, light mineral notes, grassy hops, OK. On tap at Carlsbad location.

Clear gold with a white head. Light grainy aroma with a hint if fruit and Belgian yeast. Finish is stronger spice which makes up a bit for the overall lack of flavor. Decent.

Draft at the brewpub. Very pale yellow. Aroma of white pepper and malt. Unpleasant metallic taste, very watery. Best skipped.

Keg at CBC, Islington. It pours pale yellow with a thick white head. The nose is hay, straw, dough spice, creamy and faint smoke. The taste is straw, light spice, dough, spritzy, lemon and lime with a dry, crisp finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty tasty and rather drinkable.

Keg at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell - Pizza Port Tap Takeover After Party, 22/04/13. Hazed pale blonde with a thin white head that stays for the show. Nose is citrus, light malt, wheat, pear drops, spice, light yeast, corriander, grass. Taste comprises lemon rind, light mandarin, sugars, Belgian yeast notes, vanillia, touch of spice. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Easy drinking Belgian pale and decent for what it is.

Keg at CBC Clerkenwell, London during the Pizza Port tap takeover. Pours clear, pale yellow with a delicate, white cream head. Sweet, doughy malt nose, with yeast and nips of honey. Light sweet flavor with dry, doughy malts and hints of lemon. Light bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Moderately sweet but still lightly dry to finish, with more lemon, faint yeast and dry white bread. Altogether a pretty lovely beer.

Craft Clerkenwell Pizza Port Tap Takeover. Keg. Light haze on this pale gold beer, little white head. Crisp minerally palate, semi dry. Sweetish creamy malt. Just a touch of orange citrus. Well integrated sweet bubblegum, not subtle! Finishes crisp.
