21st July 2016 33cl can from my local Morrisons. Poured into a Chimay badged chalice at home after a bit of manual work. Really impressed to be honest. Almost clear, golden coloured with a decent white head that sadly soon became a wisp and collar. Citrus and floral in aroma and taste, refreshing and easy to quaff. Just what I needed to cool down.

33cl can. Clear pale golden colour with a thin smooth white head, good retention. Aroma is light sweet pale malt and some hops, grassy, fruit. Taste lightly sweet malt, caramel, light fruit, hops towards the finish, light bitterness. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, watery-oily texture. Refreshing. Good for a lager I suppose, and fairly similar to their Kustom Lager.

A light yellow beer, a head is white and medium. Aroma has citrusfruits, freshness, some tropical notes and grain. Taste has citrusfruits, other fruitness and flowers, light, nice bitterness. Light bodied, slightly harsh. Positive beer, refreshning and citrucy.

33cl can from Morrisons, Bracknell. Pale straw with a loose white head; tropical fruit aroma; tropical fruit taste with some sweet citrus and a grainy body; then a crisp citrus finish. Rather good, more an APA than a lager.

Can from Morrisons and drunk at home. Clear gold lasting white head. Some tropical fruit on the aroma. A bit metallic maybe, nothing to do with the can. Yep it’s fine. Some hop on the finish. Bit fizzy. Clean. Fine.

Can from Morrisons, drunk at home. Yellow, clear, very little head. The hops come through very nicely on the nose. Gardenia, apple skin and lemonade aroma. Taste doesn’t quite live up. Bittersweet, a trifle soapy and very slight. Grows on me through the sip though. Short to medium finish. Pretty good but ultimately uninspiring.

33 cl. can from Systembolaget on a sunny afternoon in the park. Clear, golden colour with a creamy, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, pale malts, grasses and floral hops. Taste is bitter. Light to medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus fruits and grasses. Nice Lager.

Canned 330ml. -Yellow coloured, small white head, dryish hoppy nose. Slight biscuity malty, fruity hoppy, notes of herbs and grain with dry citrusy hoppy finish. Thin and watery but there’s potential. Pleasant surprise for Swedish lager.
