0,5 flaske fra Tofts vinhandel på Islands brygge København, delt med Kirsten M på hytta nov-17: lett uklar brulig rav med fint skum som varer. Julekrydder i aroma og smak - muskat, nellikspiker, allehånde, kanel, anis, og alt dette i en solid maltkropp. Fin, krydret bitterhet i avslutningen.

Bonito color pardo acaramelado. Bonita espuma ocre muy cremosa. Fantástico aroma a caramelo, pera, pasas.. Brutal. Excelente textura en boca, muy cremosa, y sabor riquísimo, mezcando tonos dulces y frutales con algún toque de especias. El alcohol no parece estar. Sobresaliente.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 17 Dec 2014) Dark brown colour, almost black, with creamy beige head. Malty, spicy nose with notes of caramel, dark bread, ginger and a touch of cinnamon. Malty, spicy taste with caramel, cinnamon, ginger, clove, a touch of liquorice and a balanced spicy bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, spicy and quite warming. Nice one.

Flaska från 2012. En mahognyfärgad klar dryck med krämigt medelhögt gräddvitt skum. Känns besläktad med stora belgiska öl. lätt jästkaraktär, lite kryddig, stora fruktiga maltsöta smaker. Torkade russin, fikon, dadlan, marsipan, kanderade mandlar, syltade apelsinskal lätt madeiratoch, krämig choklad. Bra balans, stora smaker och riktigt gott.

Bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard - fuzzy dark brown pour with a beige head. Roasted malts, Christmas pudding,pretty sweet, some caramel, slight spices, dark dried fruits, pretty decent overall.
