HOW IT TASTES
This modern expression has an auburn glint. Balanced with charming complex flavours that are lightly spiced. The finish is fruity and bitter.
HERITAGE
First introduced to pay tribute to the iconic trademark, which is part of the official crest of the Lacons name. A good honest ale that also fits perfectly with the family's motto, "in integrity is true honour."

Cask at GBBF. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The aroma is very earthy, wood, leather, must, damp leaves and plaster board. The taste is drying, bitter, earthy, wood, leather, tannin, cereal, grainess and varnish with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Unusual stuff, but not in a bad way. Earthy.
