330ml bottle from Crafty Nectar, as part of Cider Foundation Course tasting. Sparkling, clear pale yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of perry pear, perfumey, elderflower hints, oily, lychee notes. Taste is sweet, zingy pear, perry, citric, some hay & straw, spicy, along with a biscuity note. Medium bodied, soft light carbonation, dry nutty biscuity finish. Quite drinkable.

21/8/2018. Bottle from Seven Seasons, Hoxton. Pours clear, almost colourless, with a short lasting white head. Aroma of apples and pears, hints of sweet biscuit and shortcrust pastry, plus a hint of sherry and rubber. Medium plus sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slight sticky texture, soft carbonation. Very drinkable.

330ml bottle. Pours clear gold, aroma kicks out some funky sour notes, some perry fruit. Taste is exceedingly tangy, though subsides a little, with good clarity of perry pear fruit. A touch oily on the palate with very light natural carbonation. Medium-dry with moderate sour funk. Decent perry.

Bottle shared at the 2015 edition of the chriso Pre-GBBF tasting - London. Cheers, Tommy! Pours crystal clear gold with a light, bubbly head. Light to medium sweet, very refreshing, with mild pear, some apple. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish, sweet and moderately juicy, lightly tangy. Good stuff overall.

Bottle at Pre-GBBF Shindig 2015. It pours clear golden amber with minimal head. The nose is soft, juicy, apple, pear, light fruity tartness and candy. The taste is crisp, juicy, tart pear, lemon sherbet, green apple and candy with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp, juicy and pretty refreshing. Very solid stuff.
