Commissioned APA by Ermitage, tasted there from tap during their Quintessence party. Papery lacing, thickly creamy, egg-white yellowish, dense head over a misty peach blonde beer with vague pinkish tinge. Aroma of ripe melon, orange peel, bread crust, mango, honey, some smoky ripe papaja, soap, tulips, ginger powder. Fruity and estery onset, cleanish with a hint of unripe mango and green banana, strongly numbing and very minerally carb, bread crust- and peanut-like malt body with a spicy, grapefruity, citrus peel-aromatic hoppiness built on top, spicy rye notes deep below, quenching, long finish. Easygoing, modern, decidedly Anglo-Saxon style pale ale, highly drinkable.

Draft @ Ermitage Taproom, post-Quintessence 2018.
