Dark, rich and classically bitter, Thunderbird is an easy drinker. Berry fruits and citrus notes sing through against a deliciously malty backbone.

NERAX cask, 4/20/23. Clear, light-amber. Off-white head is small, spotty. Heavy honey character, walnuts, touch of celery seed.... Light butter, celery, mild bitterness. Malty caramel, vanilla, butter. Decent texture, ok hoppy flavor. Clean for the most part minus the celery character. Very fruity.

Cask @ Glengower Hotel, Aberystwyth. Golden with a creamy head. It's a fuller bodied golden ale and very tasty hoppy, with a light bitterness and a sugary nose.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol May 2016. Amber with a slight, off-white, head. Some citrus hops, red currant and tangerine fruits, biscuity malts, and a decently bitter finish. Good.

Cask pint in The Plough, Shifnal on 15th Oct 2014. Creamy head on an amber body, good lacing too. Mild hop bitterness in the aroma and taste, bready malts balance the beer nicely. I liked it.
