On tap @So Good in Rome. Cloudy and even a bit muddy peach pour, tick white foam very adhesive and persistent. Nose: massively floral, distinctive Mediterranean herbs signature, elder flowers. Mouth: medium carbonation, bitter/tart lemon-like feel, thin overall. Ok

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2018. Hazy golden with medium white head. Apricot, funk, citric, musty, moderate sourness. Smooth. Very nice.

0,15l from tap shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. dark yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells of apricot, citric, earthy, grassy, peppery, bit musty, lactic. nice smell. medium to full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of apricots, apricot jam, bit flowery, peppery, citric, grassy, light marzipan. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of apricots, grass and some citrus. smell was nice but taste is lovely, great apricot notes. 7, 4, 8, 4, 16

Dark yellow, hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, white head.
Aroma with lots of juicy apricots, some citrus, slight green apples, subtle funk.
Tastes pretty similar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation.
Finishes smooth, crisp, medium dry, moderate sour, a bit sweet, moderate citric, with subtle apples, lingering juicy apricots.

Tasty! Not very complex, but the balance is really outstanding. Crisp to drink with beautiful apricots throughout. Lovely, accomplished stuff!

Draft at Arrogant Sour Festival 2018. Cloudy yellow color large white head with good retention and solid lacing. Can't read all my handwriting from the festival, maybe a fruity aroma. For sure a softly sour and nicely balanced flavor.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Color pesca giallona, un po' torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso intense note di frutta gialla, albicocca, mango, citrica, lattica. In bocca è acida decisa ma senza eccessi, fresca fruttata e lattica, pulita. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ottima.

Thank you for sharing RB crew! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Milky citrus golden, little white head. Nose is peach, apricot, nice fruit. Taste is oddly mix of first very sweet milky then vinegar with bit apricot & peach. Nice vinegar & milky body. Very nice, far better than their other experiments.

Little hazy apricot blonde beer, small creamy irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet ripe fruits, funky, bit spicy, candy. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, lots of apricots, so much fruit, slightly sourish, very nice! Aftertaste: little bitter, some tannins, bit acidic, very fruity finish!
