(Bottle, 0.33 l, at HBF2013) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sourness, spices and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spices, sourness, yeast, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was spicy and bitter. A nice saison.

Aroma is yeasty with hints of citrus. Flavour is spicy and yeasty with some funky notes and hints of fruits. Quite typical spicy saison.

Pours dark orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of spices, fruits, grass and farmyard. Taste is smooth, fruity and spicy with notes of yeast and grass. Finish is fruity and smooth with some spicy notes. Okay, quite fruity saisin.

From tap at Open Baladin. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peppery and light yeasty. Dry, yeasty and light peppery flavoured. Bitter and light toasted malty. Crisp hoppy and bitter finish.

Bottle. Hazy amber with a modest cream head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of dough, vanilla, flowering herbs, apricot, caramel. Taste is sweet with caramel, almonds and apricots, dough, vanilla, angelica, cloves. Seems drier and spicier at the end as you drink on.

Draught @ Open Baladin Roma, Via degli Specchi 6, Roma, Italy 00186.Unclear medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy - rocky, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, apricot, fruity, pepper. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet pepper, apricot, spicy, peppery, orange peel - grape bitter.
