Sampled at ACBF 2011. Almost the surprise of the festival for me. Hazy deep orange colour thin collar of near white bubbles. Touch of Airfix glue sour aroma. Sour in mouth. Its good. I mean really good. Some cherry fruit. Not overly sour good balance. But quite aggressive. I like this a lot. Recommended this to many

Draught No head on red-amber beer. Vinous and fruity, as yellow & red fruit put on fortified wine; plenty of fusels. Light sourish, fruity, red fruit and lactic acid. Feels very carbonated despite its looks, rather sharp acidburn. Again an excellent results - as usual! Txs, Jerôme!
