Bottle. Dark brown liquid with small to medium light tan head. Aroma of coffee, barnyard, horseblanket, bread, chocolate and peat. Obviously brett infected. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of coffee, smoke, barnyard and wood. Very, very bretty. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Infected in a not entirely unpleasant way, but still bad.

(Bottle) Very dark brown colour, almost black, with hints of ruby. Brief bubbly beige head. Roasted, smoky nose with notes of dark fruit, tar, prunes, raisins, coffee and dark bread. Roasted, malty taste with caramel, dark fruit, raisins, chocolate, dark wort bread, vanilla, hints of tar and a finish with a balanced bitter-sweet touch. Almost full body, smooth and rounded, with a gentle sweetness. Well balanced and tasty. Very nice.

33cl bottle, courtesy of and shared with Gnoff.
