Shared 500 ml bottle at local tastig, thanks to abemorsten. Black colour, low beige head. Nice roasty aroma, notes of liquorice, coffee and chocolate. Acidic fruity and roasty flavour, maybe over the top.

Bottle at JF’s (from Hogsback shop) 28/10/12. Mid black with a thin tan head that soon clears to the edge fo the glass. Big roast malt nose, coffee, barley, backnote of hops. Tastes of roast malts, liqourice, a little chocolate. Medium bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, a little too much for me.
