Smooth dark ruby coloured beer with rich aromas of toasted malt. An initial sweetness followed by a good lingering hop finish and hazelnut after notes.

from lokal shop in Romsay. Thank's Karol. Mala piana, barwa ciemna lecz przeswitujaca, o aromacie coli, moze bardziej cherry coke, nieco ciastek korzennych i zbyt mocne nagazowanie. Ogolnie malo gozkie, malo wyraziste takie pepsicolowate. Odradzam

Cask pint in my local Wetherspoons on 5th Jan 2017. Looked fine, red hue to the brown body, tanned head that lasted the whole pint. Malts rule the nose and flavour, slightly over roasted feel to the brew with a light bitterness in the finish and a mild sweetness initially. Decent.

Cask at the Crosse Keys, JDW - London. Pours brown with a creamy beige head. So so stuff. Some ashy roast in the nose, dirty leaves, toasted bread. A bit of dried fruits in the flavor, some leather and earth, too. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation; OK condition. Wet ash in the finish with secondary notes of tobacco and cocoa. OK overall.
