Bottle. Crystal clear deep golden color, legs. Nice aroma of floral candied apples. Taste is smooth, slightly syrupy honey, apple, marzipan, subtle raisins. Very nice.

Clear gold, still. Aroma of apples, honey and a bit of alcohol. Sweet and sippable. This really could be served a bit warmer than my sample and perhaps more enjoyment would be gotten if it were the only drink I was sampling. Very tasty.

Bottled (my notes only said Rossignol Blossom)@the chriso "rock the roof down" pre-gbbf tasting. Yellow colour with no head. Aroma is sweet and riped apple along with some slight green apples and mild alcohol. Flaour is being quite the same with some slight honeylike sweetness as well. Hides the alcohol quite well, but gives a slight burn to it.

Bottle at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF2010 tasting. Sweet and cold. Some decent apple, but stewed apple. OK. But clinically over-rated.

375 ml bottle from HogTownHarry. Nose of sweet red apples and a little caramel. Clear copper with no carbonation. Flavor is sweet honey and some apples, more sweet nectar than anything else. One of the sweetest ciders I’ve had with virtually no tartness. Finish is sweet woth only the faintest hint of alcohol.

Bottle courtesy of Radiomg: Poured a shiny golden yellow color cider. Aroma of sweet apple pie. Caramelized sweet apple are well balanced and sweetness is not too dominating. Body is a bit thin for the style which ain’t that bad since it drinks very easily. Well done but fall short of the best in this category.

Still. Light gold colour. Slightly viscous. Aroma of sugar, apple, apple skin. Straightforward palate of brown sugar, light apple. Light, basic example.
