0.375l bottle, huge thanks Jonas for sharing with the other Mangled Hams! Very clear pale golden body, off-white head. Again the very pleasant, huge elder-driven aroma. BIt tart, citric base, quite dry, soft, with pleeenty of elderflower notes. Hmmm... very much pleasant!

Bottle that Jonas brought along, had this in the company of Jonas, Ursula and Marko Saturday 8th February 2025 at home, Manglham cooking Lasagna later and listening to ByteFM. Loz has made three different types of bread and a Gooseberry Crumble Cake. Pours almost clear mid gold, lovely effervescence, a touch of haze, great white head. More elderflower on the nose than the regular version. Plenty of elderflower in the mouth. A very good saison, nice mouthfeel. I like this but perhaps I am leaning towards the regular version as the better beer.

Bottle 45/112. Veery light hazy golden, champagne sparkles, offwhite lowish head. Citric, light dusty, medium light sparkling palate, flowery citric, a bit more intense and one note than the ‘22 bottle from my cupboard. A bit less complexity too, which is strange. Fresh and really enjoyable though.

Bottle #45 of 112. Golden, sliiiiightly hazy. Pepper, elderflower, edgy, citrus. Full, chewy, oily; herbal, pepper. Nice mouthfeel.
