Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

Draft. A nice IPA with a warm, light orange hue and a pure white head. Nose is light, floral and citrus. Flavor is also light on the bitterness but still pleasant. Crisp, mildly hoppy finish.

Cloudy orange-amber color; small creamy head. Delicate aroma, cream and mango, light cookies. The toffee flavor, dry, is a bit too breadish; accurate bitterness level for this kind of beer, with oily resins, sharp. Long final, with hop juice and no sugar. Pleasant.

Copper color. Nice toffee aroma, lightly cheesy, very light resins. Dry mouthfeel, toffee and malt flavor; strong bitterness. Ordinarily good.

Nice golden coloured body with a copper glow and a very thin slightly off-white head. Aroma of fresh hops, metal, malt, caramel and a touch of nuts. Medium-bodied; Good body for the beer, some light apricot and fruit flavours and a very minimal amount of hops - not much to speak of at all. Aftertaste easily shows more malt and caramel than anything else, only faint hops on the end. Overall, not such a great IPA - a drinkable beer, but not hoppy or bitter at all. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Hi-Time Wine Cellars in Costa Mesa, California on 18-May-2009, sampled at home in Washington on 27-October-2009.

Bottle. Pours a transparent copper with a big, fluffy head. Aromas are extremely weak... a slight whiff of citrus and that’s it. Flavor is much better, but still a little on the thin side. Hops and malt both pick up steam here and drive toward a nice grapefruit bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Rich amber beer with a dark cream colored head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit flavor with malt and light darker malts backing. Some pininess comes through as well. Medium bodied. OK bitterness. Grapefruit and pine lingers with some malt and light earthiness.

bottle - Pours a slightly hazy deep copper color with a thin white head. It has a mild hop aroma. The flavor is of caramel malt with strong citrus hops bitterness. The dry finishes has the expected lingering bitterness. It’s alright, but it’s nothing special.
