Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

Clear copper with a white head. Light citrus hops, caramel, malt in the aroma. Medium bodied. Low citrus fruit flavor with light malts, some earth, and thin fresh fruits. Decent brew but nothing that really stands out.

12 oz bottle into shaker. Pours a hazy orange with a medium sized head that diminishes in a couple of minutes, leaving a blanket of foam and some lace. Aroma is caramel sweet with a faint piney hop presence. Not a good sign. I like my IPAs hoppy, not malty. Also some bread-like aromas. Taste is sweet and a little sour with a little bit of bitterness in the finish. Carbonation is medium to high, body is medium, texture is oily. Finish is becoming more bitter as it warms. Sub-standard IPA.

Sampled at GCBF '10, pours orange with an off-white head. Aroma of odd spices and herbal hops. Flavour is quite spicy hops, with a nice fruity tang (mango?) to it. Not bad.

Bottle, 7.2%. Fruity hop aroma, a little caramelly. Clear brown amber colour. Very small off-white head. The flavour is caramelly with a distinct, but clean bitterness. A bit too much alcohol in the finish.

Bottle, 12oz, thx to fonefan. A crystal clear, dark golden beer with just a thin layer of off-white bubbles as a head. A bit evident alcohol on the nose, with a good piney hoppyness. Bitter flavor, also in the finish, with a caramel maltyness and piney, slightly citrusy notes. Full body. Refreshing and tasteful, but a bit sweet. 100813

Bottle. I must really ask before opening, how many beer drinkers (let alone craft beer drinkers) care if something is organic? Does it really bring a whole gaggle of new customers? I doubt it. Now onto the beer. Pours with a clear orange body and a bone colored head. Aroma of straw, a bit of crystal sweetness, grass, fruit and table sugar. Taste is sweet, some soggy malts, cardboard, straw, light fruit, medium to light bitter, some pine notes. Lively bubbles, mediocre at best.

Pours amber into a shaker. Off-white milk shake head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface leaving slight spiders. Sour resin aromas. Crisp and fruity citrus upfront turning to a lasting sour resin and alcohol burn.
