Cloudy light gold - moderate lace - aroma of moderately tart apple, sweet pear, mingling with citric hop character and very mild yeast phenols - flavor is mostly dry, with moderate tropical esters complimented well by the hop character - light pepper and dusty, dry yeast character to finish - I like this.

Bomber. Aroma is strong in cat pee. Also, dust, grapefruit. Pours hazy gold with a medium white head with great retention. Taste is Belgian fruity yeast along with citrusy New World hops. Bitterness is there but not extreme. Highly carbonated, medium body. Good.

650 ml bottle. Pours a bright yellow/gold with moderate head. Aromas of tropical fruit; pineapple and citrus. Flavors are similar though a bit light with additional notes of pears and grass. Light bitter finish. Nice summertime IPA.

From bomber to pint. Clear and on the pale end of IPAs in color. Color is a hay yellow with moderate white head. Taste and aroma are restrained citrus hops. I do not get much of the Belgian yeast in this one. Everything is slightly understated here, but does not pull the best aspects of a belgian yeast or a citrus hop bomb. Clean for sure.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out a balance of moderate resinous hops and Belgian yeast. Flavour is fairly heavy on the Belgian component here, with Belgian yeast and candied sugar, followed by a nice dry resinous hopping. Finishes somewhat candied and yeasty, though not too sweet. Not overly interesting, but well-constructed. Good beer.

On tap at bier thirty. Pours out a pale straw topped with a small white head. Nose is grass belg yeast and citrus. Taste is as the nose with perfume floral notes and not so much belg notes.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours very light gold with a white head. Aroma is mostly citrus, but there’s other stuff mixed in. Med body. Foamy carbonation. Flavor is citrus, rather bready malt, yeast fruity esters, a definite spice. Not sure I’d say apple on my own, but it fits. This is flavorful stuff, but the flavors are moderate. Pleasant drink. Finishing mildly spicy and certainly bitter. Glad I had this.

$6.43 for the 22oz bottle, best by Oct 15, 2014.

A straw gold colour, 2 finger head of foam with some lacing.

I get grassy hops up front that slowly evolves into some tropical fruity hops. Yeasty, spicy, some banana. When I hold the glass a bit further away from my nose, I do get some apple.

Whoa, the taste has that apple thing going on right from the get go. It borders on, no, it’s a bit tart; could be from the lemon that I’m also picking up. Some spice peeks through, the grass is more of a grass than the tropical fruit I was hoping for.

A very bitter and tartish finish to this curiosity.

Fairly light bodied, zesty carbo, I’m not digging this much. I have had a few of this style before and this brew doesn’t hold up to any of them, imho. Not for me but if you like it, enjoy!

Lighter than a regular IPA, but with enough alcohol to go beyond the session tag. Body is light, aroma is tart citrus. taste brings more tartness and bite, some lemon on the finish. Small head, and soapy lacing. reminds me of Fresh Squeezed.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Yeast and summer fruit aroma. Yeast and summer fruit flavor with lots of fruity esters. Medium bodied. OK bitterness. Summer fruti and fruity esters linger with light yeast. Was listed at 6.5% ABV - I’m guessing the beer changes every once in a while.
