Bottle from Asda Supermarket, Manchester. Golden good-looking cider with perhaps not the most stated of apple flavours, but there's enough of the mildly sweetened fruit to enjoy.

21/4/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers! Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet tangy apple, touch of caramel. Medium sweetness with moderate sour. Moderate body, fairly fizzy. Nice sweet and sour finish. Likeable.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, plastic. Taste is sweetish, apple, alittle core, tangy. Medium bodied, light to medium carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite OK

Bottle from Cwmcerrig Farm Shop, Cross Hands, near Carmarthen. Rusty gold colour. Aggressively fizzy; far too much fizz for my liking. Medium cider with a little wood and vanilla, and some dry apple pith in the finish. Basic, but ok apart from the fizz.

On tap at the Pier at Mumbles. Appearance light golden with bubbles and no head. Nose - sweet apples. Taste - more sweet apples though decent acidity. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture and a dry tangy finish. Overall - a solid if unexceptional cider.

1 pint bottle from Wales somewhere. This bottle spent the past 4 months in the driver’s door of my van while it was being "fixed" at two different garages. When I finally got it back, remarkably the bottle was still there & not swiped by mechanics at said untrustworthy garages. After surviving the hottest weather this country’s ever had, this didn’t taste that bad. Nice and sweet but not too fruity, with a mild dryness. Really not bad at all. Expected worse.

Bottle from Bacchus, Crickhowell. Deep gold with slight carbonation. An inoffensive cider, with plenty of apple fruit aroma and flavour, a touch of wood and medium dry character. Fine.
