500ml bottle. 3.5%. Gluten Free. Orangey amber -gold colour, white foamy head leaving some lacing and malt mash metallic aroma. Taste is sweetish malty, grains, fruity with earthy metallic hop bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite OK.

500ml bottle: BBD 16th May 2018. Drank at home mid-day on 20th June 2017. I actually enjoyed this more than I expected to be honest. Decent white crown on my clear golden pour, looked good. Hoppy and tasty, nose was all about the hops with a light malty backdrop. Taste also hop centric and fairly bitter from start to finish, againa light maltiness in the back ground. More than decent.

A light, almost ephemeral, English pale ale. A very gentle flavour of dusty hops and a soft kiss of malt create a smooth and enjoyable pale ale. A low abv and gentle carbonation make this, to my mind, something special. This is a subtle beer and something that you have to think about; rather like the difference between a new world pinot noir wine and a fine red burgundy.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a coat of white head. Modest aroma of pears, flowers, a little caramel. Rather watery, but less so than might be expected. A little fruity sweetness, dusty and floral hops, decent bitterness. Not very engaging but refreshing.
