Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is smooth caramel malt, red fruits, hops, biscuit, rosehip, ripe orange, touch of resin and toffee, with a healthy dose of fhtagn! Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Nice balance between caramel malt and fruity piney hops, Ph’nglui mglw’nafh Cthulhu R’lyeh wgah’nagl fhtagn.

Lightly hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with decent carbonation. Soft malts, dry creamy sweetness. Lots of dry pithy hop. Some spice and bitterness. More citric pith on the dry finish. A bit clunky but okay.
