bottle - Pours clear amber with a one finger head and citrus hop aroma. The flavor is a well balanced blend of caramel malt and citrus accented hops. It’s medium bodied and very drinkable.

Pours clear amber with off white head. Floral hop aroma. Citrus hop flavor and nice bitterness with some sweet caramel malts. Medium body with average carbonation. A very nice American pale ale.

Bottle. Pours a transparent copper with a finger or so of off-white head. Aromas are of floral hops, grass and caramel with a touch of pineapple lurking in the wings. Flavor has a higher hops presence up front than I would have guessed from the nose. Pine and pineapple bite you just a little and then give way to a caramel malt mid-section before transitioning off to floral hops and grass. This is pretty nice stuff.

Bottle from Total Wine on Broad St. Richmond, VA. Reddish amber pour with a medium frothy head and good lacing. Aroma of grain, citrus hops and caramel. Malty taste followed by an assertive hoppiness. Nice sticky texture.

Draught Pale amber-ochre beer, clear; no head. Very discreet US hops nose, a bit perfumey, and pastry-like. Hops, caramel, but the end is bitterish-hoppy and even a bit celery. Light to medium bodied, slick to sticky. A bit sweetness, but remaining in balance.

Bottle. (RBNAG 07) A clear-bodied, golden beer with an off-white head. Quite malty nose for an APA, but there’s fruity hops in it as well. The flavor is balanced, malty and hoppy, medium bitterness, finishing with a lasting hoppyness. Medium body, could preferably be fuller. The beer is a little boring, not as hoppy as I would like for an APA, but still nice and quaffable. (071103)

355ml bottle @ RBNAG’07. Clear golden body with a dense off-white head. Relatively moderate aroma of malt and hops. Flavor is malt with a bitter edge. OK straightforward ale, maybe a bit ordinary to survive a grand tasting night. Re-rate when possible.

12 fl. oz bottle, thanks to BA richgo6. Orange coloured beer, large and lasting off-white head with an orangey hue. Initially very nice Cascade aroma, citrus and floral notes, diminishes after a while in the glass. The flavour is very well balanced between the malts and hops, Cascade and Warrior hops have a distinct presence throughout, but are not overdone. Bitter aftertaste. A very drinkable and refreshing beer!
