Who says you can't have the best of both worlds?
We've smashed together the flavour of refreshing premium lager and a modern hazy ipa to create a truly unique hybrid. A trio of banging hops bring the refreshment of lager and the bold pine and citrus of a classic ipa. The greatest combo since beer gardens and long summer evenings.

Can from local Home Bargains. Pours hazed gold with decent white foam. Aroma: citrus, grass. Taste: light to moderate sweet & light bitter. Light to medium body. All a bit tame.

[44cl can from Home Bargains.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a thick white head; aroma of citrus and cereal grains; grainy texture with some citrus and yeast; and a dry finish with a lemony aftertaste. Pretty average,

From the bargain bin at Waitrose, Frimley. Opaque-hazy gols. Thick foamy head. Aroma has spice, citrus, a lager soda streak. Initial bitterness is followed by smooth but watery malts. Slightly resinous, herbal. Honey sweetness. Doughy malts. But all a tad underpowered. Light. Watery. Lifted by Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. A hoppy Helles is what comes to mind. Only a tad, am mentioned before, underpowered.
Citrus, light, slightly floral

Can from Sainsbury's, Wycombe. Very pale yellow with a light haze and a white head. Sweetcorn, urine, green leaves and white pepper. Clammy mouthfeel with a prickly fizz. Drying finish with a lasting unpleasant aftertaste of gone-off lemons. One of the shittiest beers in Badger's extensive range of shit beers.

Every good quizzer knows that the river running through Norwich is the Wensum. Running through me is this lemon citrus lager, quite a good body and fairly flavoursome.
