Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Faint haze on an orange gold. Thin white froth. Satsuma hops on top of lightly spicy grain. Well balanced bitter hop and semi sweet grain. Easy drinking tasty pale with a pleasantly bitter kick. Bet this is a blinder on cask, too.

Handpull cask at the Plough & Harrow, Cradley Heath. Mid-gold and clear with a large tight white head. Very little aroma, some grassy character and fresh citrus if you really try. Taste is a vast improvement. Some light sweetness followed by a lip-smacking sour bitterness with almost a hint of fruity tart. Sourdough, kumquat peel. Medium body with soft carbonation. Didn't think I would like this as much as I do.
