very hazy grey-ish amber colour, medium sized creamy ecru head; aroma of clove, nutmed, bready, some caramel and banana notes; taste is the same with slight sourness; really good dunkelweizen

0,5 l bottle from Getränke Rücker, Lengerich. Murky orange brown in the glass, nearly two finger white intensive foamy head. Intensive fruity smell, orange, banana, chewing gum, clove. Taste is also fruity, starting with orange, getting more dry pale grain, wheat and yeast. Some fruity sweetness. Nice and easy drinking stuff.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy dark amber / brown, creamy head. A lot of clove, gingerbread spices, some banana, some citrus. Mild dryness. Medium to light bodied, oily to watery texture, lively carbonated, mild dry but abrupt finish.

Bottle picked up from the REWE, Zolling Getränkemarkt, consumed at home Sunday 8th November 2020 listening to Protomartyr - Under Color of Official Right whilst preparing Chicken wrapped in Dried Beef, Potato Gratin, Honey Roasted Carrots and Parmesan Parsnips. Pours murky puddle brown with an off white head. Wheaty with caramel and banana in tandem, nice soft mouthfeel, a little tangy. Good.

Light brown with a foamy, white head. Aroma full of clove with toffee and banana undertones. Taste is bittersweet with the quite mild bitterness winning out in the end. Medium bodied, balanced carbonation. Nothing too “wintery” about it except for the extra dollop of clove, but nice.

# 1007; 4/2018. Hodně dobrý, tmavý pšeničný pivo. V chuti převažují banány, které doplňuje hřebíček a a limetka.

There’s not really anything ‘winter’ tasting about it. But it is a top notch german weizen, hits home on all spots. Graeff hamburg

Bottle from Fehrenz, Zweibrücken. Smooth malty beginning. Easy to drink with a typical clove yeasty profile. Moderate bitterness, smooth malty clove in the aftertaste. Nice round but not too special. Sessionable.
