Thank you for sharing! Sampled bottled @ Gents Bierfestival 2016. Bright orange copper, little white head. Nose is insanely good, sweet oak vanilla, marmalade, sweet orange peel, perfect oxidation, more sweet vanilla oak, delicious sweet wine, rich, insanely good smell. Taste for me is bit of a disappointment following the smell, it fall flat, I first taste paper, low cardboard, oddly boozy, caramel, sugar, low milky yoghurt oddly, sweet wine is more in the background, boozy, sugar, zest, way less vanilla oak. Body is rather milky.

20/VIII/16 - 33cl bottle @ Gents Bierfestival - BB: n/a (2016-865)

Clear deep orange beer, aery off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, caramel, ripe banana, sweet. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, caramel, banana, nice bitterness, fruity, alcohol, some tannins. Aftertaste: alcohol, pretty hoppy, bit sourish, sweet, very fruity, nice bitter finish, tastes more like a barley wine than a saison, obviously.

Small rim; coppery-amber beer. Very vinous nose, old wine, and extremely fruity. Nice! Bitter-fruity, as bitterish dried apricot, again rather vinous, Bit of diacetyl? Medium bodied, very slick, sticky. Nose is out of this world, the rest a tad less.

On tap at NBF Delft 2016. Hazy, golden amber with a creamy, off-white head. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky aroma of lots of white wine, lemon peel, oak and fresh grass. Sourish-fruity, a little sweetish, slightly funky taste of lots of white wine, lemon peel, vanilla, peach, some caramel, fresh grass and a bit of vinegar, followed by a medium long, moderately tart and woody-dry finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice stuff with a lot of barrel notes.
