A superb India Pale Ale, this contains plenty of hops which make for a surprisingly sweet flavour and floral aroma.

500ml bottle. Pours lightly hazed deep golden with a minimal white head. Aroma: not great, perhaps some light citrus. Taste: dry with moderate bitterness, lemon, some caramel, soapy. Light bodied, minimal carb, dry bitter finish. This neither looks great or tastes great, hope itโ€™s better on cask!

50cl bottle from the Hogs Back Brewery Shop. Hazy gold, despite careful pouring, with a trace of white head; lemony aroma; oily texture with a sweet citrus flavour over light malts. OK, but nothing special.
