Bottle, Carringtons, Manchester. Cloudy amber colour with a small white head. Aroma definitely shows off the orange and coriander (as hinted at on the bottle). The flavour was pretty spicy with ginger and coriander more prominent than the orange/citrus. Nicely balanced hop bitterness in the finish. Really interesting stuff, great to try something different amidst a sea of bland, samey brits.

(Cask at GBBF, London, 6 Aug 2008) Copper colour with brief, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with citrus, coriander and a sourish wheat character. Fruity, citric taste with notes of herbs, spices, citrus peel and a decent hoppy bitterness in the finish. A bit weird, but fairly decent.

Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is wheat and coriander with a slight touch of alcohol. Flavour is coriander, nectar, vanilla and wood along with mild spices. Aroma is quite Hoegaardenish, but flavour... no...

Cask gravity from GBBF 08. Hazy gold, thin white head. Nice hoppy/spicy beer. Lots of tea, not really a replica of Hoegaarden. Lemon/lime/herb. Pretty bad.
