Tap@the brewpub, Cph - amber pour with a persistent healthy white head and lacing. Aroma and taste is sweet hoppy and malty, some caramel, grassy, very bitter finish. Not bad, but maybe slightly "rough" overall to my palate.

På fat. Något fel på denna batch. Väldigt trött humle, obefintlig fruktighet och kropp, dock tydlig beska.

Hopfig-intensiver Geruch, vollmundig. Langer trockener Abgang. 12/11/12/12//11

Draught@Brewpub København. Sept 2008. Copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some caramel. Flavour is quite much the same along with some sweetish notes. Mild syrupy sweetness as well.

Draught Deep amber-red, diminishing head. Walnuts, nutty malts, and - and - and... where are the hops?? Bitterish, but again easy on the hops - even if they’re finally there. Remarkable cocoa powder flavour - maybe chocolate malts, rather dry. Bit wry finish, ending empty. I’m underawed. The name makes it ridiculous.

Draught at brewpub ... Copper tight fruity hop ... hoppy fruit ... bitter with a nice malt balance. I thought very British.

On tap @ the brewpub. Copper golden body with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, citrus hoppy. Flavor is refreshing, light malty, fruity, a bit spicy and balanced hoppy. A nice, balanced, easy to drink, light hopped IPA, but quite straight forward.

Draught@brewpub
"Pacific IPA". Clwar amber color, small beige head, some lace. Fruity hoppy aroma with hints of strawberry and clover. Clover-flowery hoppy, American style IPA. Balanced hop profile, nice lingering bitterness, oily mouthfeel.
