330 ml nearly clear (= very pale brown) bottle, kindly shared by abemorsten. ABV is 6.5%. Reddish brown colour, some chill haze. Low carbonation, hardly any head. Strong aroma of dark dried fruits (incl. prunes and raisins), old sherry and oak. Only the slightest carbonation in the mouth. The flavour has notes of prune juice and some oak, but is not too sweet. Minimal hops, bland finish. At least this is an unusual beer ...

33 cl clear bottle, catchy bright ginger color. Clear, bright red color, big fine white head. Strange nose, soft. Taste has grapes, red grapes, wine must, some strawberry, bubblegum, sugar, syrup. Taste is obviously sweet and sour but not all-sweet, there’s a metallic bitter balance, as other Ceres do. Faint malts. Sour finish, winey and somewhat candy like. Carbonated, watery texture, light body. I guess this is a girly one, peculiar and vague at the same time.
Old tasting on tap (2011-12-17):
Tn tap, clear red beer with moderate off-white head with good lacing. Sweet fruity nose. Taste is extremely sweet. Aroma of cherry, syrupy fruits, caramel and sugar. there’s a pleasing bitterness in the finish. High carbonation, light body and overall soft texture. Way too sweet and syrupy, strange. Not terrible considering the brand.

Bottle at home in London, with Lyoli. Pours pinkish-red with a receding, white foam head. Sugar, grain, cereal, subtle hints of booze. Flavor is interesting. Quite sweet, some buttery bread, odd fruit notes, a slight artificial note. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Malty finish, plenty of grain and some lingering fruit - weird fruit. Drinkable.

Amber-red body with a medium sized, slightly pinkish white head. Sticky sweet maltiness, slightly pukey, smells like the underside of a cap lol. Oh dear, prickly carbonation, strong up-front dull bitterness, bad, fakeish fruity taste, bit papery. Balances out later on. You can do worse.

11/08 0.33 l bottle from Coop store, Gradisca d’Isonzo. It poured red body with medium sized white head. Milder, caramel aroma. Sweet flavor, caramel and biscuity malt. A bit alcoholic and strange hay note adds to its bitterness. Medium body, longer sweetish candy finish, softer carbonation. Not bad, but pretty typical cheesy macro Vienna.
