Tap @Be.Re in Rome-Italy. Golden clear pour a bit, medium white foamy cap. Nose: malty backbone with grassy-floral notes. Mouth: frizzy carbonation, malty honey body with a definitely balanced bitter aftertaste.

Maisel's Pilsener, jetzt mit stattlichen 5,4 %, Flasche von Keil, BT. - Satt goldgelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase milde zitrusfruchtige Hopfung und helles Malz von feiner Süße, Butterkeks, zarte ländliche Note. - Im Antrunk saftige zitrusfruchtige und grasige Hopfung, sehr aromatisch aber nicht krachend bitter. Im Hintergrund zartes helles Malz. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang aromatische Hopfenherbe. - Saftig zitrusfruchtig-hopfenaromatisches Pilsener mit solider aber nicht heftiger Bittere. 0.5 l bottle from the brewery, best before April 2022. Clear, golden with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently grassy aroma of grains, some straw and light vanilla. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, moderately grassy taste of grains, straw and light vanilla, followed by a medium long, quite bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid Pils, nicely bitter with typical Franconian maltiness.

Bottle. Clear pale golden, white foam. Nice broad grassy bitter-hop aroma. Medium mellow body, dry and chewy, light fruitiness - lychee retronasal, cake malt, overall dominated by good old-fashioned punchy bitterhops though.

Bottle from Hier gibts bier and drunk on a campsite Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. First beer on a hot Saturday and I've spent an hour setting up the campervan so I am very thirsty. so nearly any beer is going to taste good. Some yeast some pilsner type noble hop aroma. Nor is it as cold as it could be. however it's pretty decent. not much to the malt but it's definitely hoppy. bitter finish. some lemon but this is mostly about the bitter hops on the finish. An ok pilsner with plenty of hop presence. wouldn't mind another.
